Observation notes: nighttime, 78F temperature, in Roslyn Heights, Long Island, NY wings felt dusty, silky, could be like small scales....it was on a white table outside in a lit garden patio. flew onto the table and then moved slowly, then did not move anyone before anyone approached it.
