Observation notes: It was on a tree that I cannot identify but there was an oak next to It and I've also seen these in my cherry tree and lilac. It was found on a nice sunny day under a leaf. We have these all over here and I wanted to find out what they were, I looked up some pictures and there were a lot that were very close. I'm not sure what you can see on the picture for lines but he has a line going down his back along with down his sides that is a light yellow or whiteish lime green. He is not an active little guy he mostly just hangs out on his leaf doesn't crawl around much at all.
