Coordinator notes: Please provide full locality information and comments on the habitatin the future. There are 3 Phoebis species in San Diego County that are possible and separation of these can be difficult. For example, what color was your butterfly here: white, yellow or orange. I suspect yours was orange but most Cloudless Sulphurs are not. Also get an upper view when possible, or at least share what the upperside coloration was, important in this genus-Ken Davenport
