Observation notes: The moth was sitting on the side of a portable classroom when teachers arrived at 7:30. It did not seem worried about people getting too close. We were worried that a child might touch it, so we gently put the moth in an aquarium for the day. The moth was released at the end of the day. At no time during the day did it try to fly away.
