Observation notes: Windy and cold. Found caterpillar on our cement front porch near a flower patch that is mostly dirt right now. Caterpillar has a green, translucent glob on hind end.

Coordinator notes: Other than it is likely to be a member of the cutworm group in the family Noctuidae, it is not possible to identify this to a species from the photographs.
