Observation notes: 75 day high at 2500-3000 ft lots of vetch in meadow. lots of green grass, pines, indian paint brush blooming,also some buck wheat, native pea's, clematis, ceaonthus, manzanita, laurel sumac. higher up on a hill top saw bramble? elfin, red admiral. west coast lady p. dusky and f dusky. and a blue. or two. large meadows by campground called blue jay, also coastal sage and live oak's sycamores warm for feb. eighty plus at lower elevations.
