Observation notes: One of half a dozen specimens of the same species feeding one blossoms in foliage in planters behind the medical building at 412 Carroll, adjacent to Foothill Presbyterian Hospital in Glendora, CA. Temperature on this sunny afternoon was about 78 degrees Fahrenheit. Breezes were still. A couple Gulf Fritillaries passed through the same planters, as did on white specimen which flew past without landing.
