Observation notes: While walking in Box Canyon at Anzo Borrego State Park on Saturday found this butterfly that we had never seen before. It was partially cloudy and about 75 degrees at about 1:30pm. Butterfly did not want to hang around for long but did get a few quick pictures before it took off.
