Observation notes: Found on an ice patch near grassy area of a dog park. Weather has been very cold (-22C) and suddenly turned mild the past day or so (+6C) leading to a lot of snow melt. Started to get cold again when found but still sunny and have patches of grass and ice (-7C). Still moving, doesn't seem like the ice did any damage.
