Observation notes: lots of pygmy blues this one when pressured flew to the ground and played dead until i left it alone, have seen this once before same species, also on a very cold moist day. about half inch of rain two days prior and just down the road about three miles the other campground got 1.5 this storm they also got over four inches of rain in summer monsoons in augia calliente or hot water campground, called that by natives due to warm water springs. pm low 38, high 62 cold and moist mostly cloudy day am no wind canyon breezy later in afternoon.
