Observation notes: It was found on my front porch in Texas. The temp the morning I found it was about 10 degrees cooler than past few days. No plants nearby. I have no issue with sharing photos.

Coordinator notes: Very similar photo of shed skin and pupa on Moth Photographers Group web site (link below). Larva is black, almost like an all-black Banded Woolly Bear which is typically found a little farther north than the sighting locale. http://mothphotographersgroup.msstate.edu/species.php?hodges=8146
