Observation notes: 4 individuals seen on 2 m stretch of LIberty Creek, eastern Spokane Co. Mixed wet forest gives way to dark cedar grove where this photo was taken. I believe this was not migrant but resident. Observed alder and aspen in the mix, not sure about birch.
