Observation notes: Only shot taken as it flew off. Seemed like a fritillary for the brief time I saw the dorsal side however I can't match the hind wing pattern with any expected local species. Loudoun county, VA - Powerline clear cut area. Several Great Spangled Fritillaries in the same area.
