Coordinator notes: No, not a Mormon Metalmark. Those fly only late summer and early fall. This is a close relative and I am familiar with Lake Mathews personally and know it is multi-brooded Apodemia virgulti that flies there. Mormon Metalmarks are single brooded and fly late in the season.
