Observation notes: This beautiful butterfly, seen in Mission Trails Regional Park at the San Diego/Santee border, was amazingly friendly and had no problem with me getting close to it, my dog as well did not seem to create any fear. It hung by us for quite sometime. i'm curious what kind of butterfly it might be. Thank you!
