Observation notes: Specimen was observed along High Bridge trail about 3/10ths of a mile from the River Road Trail Access parking lot on the Cumberland side. The weather was sunny and warm (high 70's). Specimen was observed alighting upon the trail multiple times upon the trail in preference to the side vegetation.
