Observation notes: Observed along with Hemiargus ceraunus, Eurema lisa, Eurema niccipe, Eurema daira, along with various skippers and Pyrgus in a mowed, previously planted field E of an active airport. The main food plants were fogfruit, Bastard and Creeping Indigo,and Bidens alba. They've been encountered in all seasons, but I observed only one American Lady since the field has been allowed to fully grow over during my last visit on 01/01/13.Perhaps they have relocated to other nearby fields or pastures.They were witnessed ovipositing on at least two occasions
