Observation notes: Mid morn. North side of house. Warm sunny.Noticed butterfly at base of shrub. Apparently a Hackberry emperor. Sat on a small rock for awhile then moved to a pile of dead stems on a gravel walk. Fluttered wings and crawled around for a few minutes then flew away.
