Observation notes: Thank you, Roger Downer, for your work in identifying all these beautiful and fascinating creatures. My first words, at 11 months, were "Whassat?" (What's that?) and I have never stopped asking. It is so wonderful to have found a place where they always answer my favorite question!
The moth was found on the back door screen, attracted to the security light. I didn't realize what it was until it spread its wings and then it took my breath away!
