Observation notes: Three of these caterpillars were found on a recently trimmed curry plant positioned in a triangular fashion from each other. It appears they come up at dusk to eat the tender leaves at the top of the plant. They had no reaction to the camera flash or movements of the branches. The curry plant is in a multiple herb garden with room in between plants. They seemed satisfied on the curry while different species of caterpillar (green) preferred the greek oregano.
