Observation notes: I'm not familiar with this one. The pair involves a stationary female and a male with yellow tips on the wings that was flying around the female for at least 5 minutes that I observed it. I have a video of that if desired. This is the best picture I have of the male. Weather is cloudy, overcast, chance of rain, but none yet.
