Observation notes: Near the eastern boundary of Otter Creek Marsh WMA, I found this individual within a meadow dominated by Phalaris arundinacea and Cirsium arvense. Time/conditions: around 1:00 p.m. on a warm day (30.56 degrees Celsius) with party cloudy skies.
