Hemaris thetis (Boisduval, 1855) (Sphingidae) is a Distinct Species. by B. Christian Schmidt. [study based on DNA and genitalia]. Hemaris thetis also includes (subsumes) the species previously recognized as Hemaris senta (Rocky Mountain Clearwing).
