Observation notes: Sunny, warm day at Bottomless Lakes State Park, NM. Numerous Leps flitting about, most of them Checkered Whites. Not surprisingly, a Gray Hairstreak joined us as we ate lunch, nectaring on the mostly-hidden yellow flower in the grassy area near the picnic spot.
