Observation notes: These just showed up on my fennel sometime after the rain on 10/16/16. From images I've seen on the internet, they look common but I couldn't find the name or what to expect. Yesterday and today were especially warm (high 70s) and dry after temperatures in the 50s-69s during the few days of rain last weekend. San Leandro, Alameda County, CA. Thank you!
