Observation notes: Part of a CA State Parks, Big River Haul Rd. butterfly survey to update their butterfly list. Before this latest survey I would only find Buckeyes 3 miles plus up the Haul Rd. On this survey they seemed to have moved west and closer to the ocean. Probably because of local fog and winds diminishing. Will be a new addition to the list.
