Observation notes: Sunny. Erratic flight culminating in a tight diving spiral into the ground. Remained on ground fluttering strongly. I picked it up and cupped it in both hands until it settled and remained calm long enouugh for photography. After about two minutes it took off strongly and flew up vver building out of sight
