Observation notes: Hot and humid, about 95 degrees, sunny with high cumulus. The butterfly was slowly flitting, low among the grass, near ground level, beside the boardwalk along the edge of the marsh. This is a very weedy, overgrown section of the swamp, near thick trees and vines.
