Observation notes: Extremely hot and humid, 98 degrees, along an asphalt walkway beside shallow ponds, with thick weeds grown up nearly shoulder high. Present were purple loosestrife, lespedeaz, sweet pea, poison ivy, cattails, poke-weed, ironweed, goldenrod, seed box; willow, sycamore, locust, maple.
