Observation notes: Mostly cloudy, about 80-85 degrees. Flitting low on dirt-and-gravel road, landing intermittently on the damp gravel. Nearby were queen anne's lace, black-eyed susan, chicory, blackberries, lespedeza, cinquefoil, swamp milkweed, mixed grasses; maple, sycamore, oak; honeysuckle, grape, trumpet flower, and morning glory vines.
