Gulf Fritillary
Agraulis vanillae

Observation date: August 10, 2016
Submitted by: BLToth
Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: I think it's a "Gulf Fritillary", not sure if it's a moth/butterfly, Came into our backyard around 2:00, on the 10 of August. It stayed about 1/2 hour feeding on this plant (not sure of the name, but the butterflies and hummingbirds seem to like it) after it was done feeding, it continued on its way.
