Observation notes: Host plant was a passion vine (passiflora). Weather was clear, temperature about 80 degrees F.

Coordinator notes: Gulf Fritillaries place eggs only on passion vines. In NM, strays from farther south arrive in early summer, place eggs on ornamental passion vines, and may produce a generation of adults before winter cold does them in. Thanks for sharing!
