Observation notes: The moth was resting on my neighbors cinder block wall. It's wings were open
It fluttered a bit against the wall but didn't fly. This is the first time I or my neighbors have ever seen such a moth. It is beautiful.
Weather conditions were 68° with 60% humidity about an hour and a half after dusk.
