Observation notes: It was a rainy day. And the rains were intermittent but at times steady. When I spotted the moth, it was not raining at the time. I had enough time to photograph it twice from the top, but when I circled around to take a shot from the front, the moth fluttered upwards, landing on the nearby tree.
