Observation notes: Basking by side of a gravel road on open grassland. Warm afternoon in upper 70's with very little wind. Nearby nectaring plants include rabbitbrush, Grindelia Columbiana, Gutierrezia sarothrae, and Epilobium paniculatum. At least three individuals observed.
