Observation notes: Two individuals, a few yards apart, seen perched nearly motionless on vegetation across road from lake. Photos are of second individual seen. Habitat: wide grassy/weedy (wildflowers) roadside atop levee between lake and swampy bottomland hardwood forest. Conditions: mild, mostly sunny, calm. About 7:40 am.
