Observation notes: Landed on our Patio a number of years ago on a cool summer morning. Allowed us to get quite close to photograph. It rekindled my interest in Butterflies. In looking at the PA butterfly atlas recently, realized that the species had not been recorded for our County. Have seen again, but have never had the photo opportunity again.
