Observation notes: Several of these butterflies present. Habitat: garden w/ diverse plantings of flowers, shrubs, and trees and a small pond, adjacent to mature pine woods, small thicket, and weedy/grassy meadow w/ wildflowers. Conditions: mid-morning, sunny, mild, not much wind. Butterfly nectaring on flowers in garden, including Lantana.
