Observation notes: It was mid-day, around 1:00PM. A clear, sunny day. I was watering my plants, which is near my hummingbird feeder. Initially, I thought it was a hummingbird because of how it was hovering, but it didn't fly away when I got close ... it just kept going in and out of my petunias.
