Observation notes: Regularly seen nectaring on Trumpet Creeper (Campsis radicans). Habitat: yard adjacent to patch of upland hardwoods/mixed pine-hardwoods, thicket, open area, and swampy pond. Time of day: mid afternoon. Conditions: hot, sunny, not much wind.
