Observation date: July 26, 2015

Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: I saw the first one 07/16/15 on the north wall of my barn mid-day. The second one was seen mid-morning 07/26/15 fluttering across the ground by the same barn. It later disappeared. Another one was found mid-morning in the same area laying on the ground outside the barn. It fluttered around then flew away. I found it in the evening in a water trough. I removed it and placed it in the barn to dry. When I left the barn I found another one laying outside in the same place. I picked it up and put it with the other one. Both were gone the morning of the 28th. Each observation was made on a very hot, humid and sunny day. All were laying on the ground with wings open, sometimes fluttering about.
