Observation notes: A 8 year old boy i know, found the moth and carefully put it in a box. He knows I do photography and the moth was brought to me. I carefully put the live moth on black velvet, and proceeded to photograph it under natural subdued light, as not to stress the subject. It took all but 10 minutes to complete, and then the live moth was returned to a dark spot in some shrubbery.
