Observation notes: Occasional windy and clouds, 71 degrees. Checkerspots observed on paths in sunny spots. Remains long enough for many pictures.

Coordinator notes: Suggested to be the Northern Checkerspot by the submitter. The wing shape and color markings are different. Check the BAMONA site for pictures to compare both and you should be able to see the differences. Mike
