Coordinator notes: I agree with the submitter's suggested id of Platphalonidia felix, based on the second inset photo on MPG for this species, which is nearly identical to this sighting in appearance. I don't this is a Phalonidia sp. as I reviewed all the species on MPG and none look like this sighting nor do any of their documented ranges come close to the sighting area. SAT
