Observation notes: Conditions: warm, sunny. Habitat: dirt/gravel parking area of trail in thick secondgrowth bottomland hardwoods near creek and swampy areas in Catahoula NWR Bushley Bayou Unit along Hwy 126. This was one of many butterflies of several species that were gathered around/near drying up mud puddles. Observed while participating in North American Breeding Bird Survey, Enterprise route.
