Coordinator notes: This looks like a pair of Dainty Sulphurs, the male on the bottom, female above. The way the bar on the lower part of the upper wing curves up and then has a small black dot above it before the black edge of the forewing is characteristic of this species. In Barred Yellow, the bar is larger and typically more distinct (and does not curve upward) from the whitish or yellowish background.
