Coordinator notes: Not confident distinguishing between P. tharos and P. cocyta without seeing underside also.
Given location and time of year of sighting, as well as strong FW patterning matching the pearl crescent much more than the northern crescent, I support this being tharos. 100% confirmation would require underside view, but I feel it is 95% certain.
