Observation notes: Observed along the dam of one of the old constructed rice fields at the Savannah National Wildlife Refuge near Hardeeville, SC. The date is old, but correct as it has taken quite some time for a positive identification. This one was identified by Cliff Ivy on BugGuide.net.
