Observation notes: I found it dead in my driveway. It was sunny but cool and windy, mid-high 60's. The day before it was cool and rained most of the day.

Coordinator notes: Grammia nevadensis, Nevada Tiger Moth, is in the same family as Arctia caja. I have seen G. nevadensis several times at my lights this fall in Helena. Bob Martin
