Observation notes: Weather: partly cloudy, temperature 82 degrees F +/-, humidity 70% +/-, wind north 5 mph. Skipper perched in shrubby habitat on powerline easement, not feeding. Periodically chasing flyby Cloudless Sulphurs. For approx.3 minutes,always returned to same perch.
